Species: Flying Pig (Kremling Krew Classification - Hogwash)

When K. Rool, orchestrated under Cranky Kong's unseen hand, returned in Donkey Kong Land following his initial defeat in heisting Donkey Kong's banana hoard, he deployed a myraid of enemies both old and new for the now more experienced Donkey and Diddy Kong to face. Without a doubt, the most memorable and defining Kremling Krew members from this adventure were the flying pigs called Hogwash.

The Hogwash species is presumably native to Crocodile Isle, as are most animals in league with the Kremlings. While they may look surprising and catch even the most accomplished traveler off-guard, they're mainly just a flying nuisance along the likes of Flitter. They possess no unique attacking ability, and just seem to fly either back and forth or in singular directions. Because of their lack of threat or not, Hogwashes haven't been used by K. Rool since 1995.

It should be noted that the term "when pigs fly" or "when pigs have wings" is used to describe events that will likely never happen. Obviously, the coiners of the phrase had never visited the DK Isles or Crocodile Isle, where the term is never used.
