Topper's Biography
Species: Living Carrot
The chicks love him, and the guys use that to their advantage. But what do we really know about that smooth operata', the peos shaped orange wonder named Topper?
Topper was a citizen of Timber's Island before Wizpig went on his rampage. He joined up with a large portion of the island's inhabitants and immigrated to the Northern Kremisphere region, specifically Spiral Mountain. He found a nice patch of dirt to live in with his good buddies Colliwobble and Bawl. Living in the dirt was where they met the mole Bottles, who also immigrated to the region. There the four friends would live a peaceful life of sitting around in the ground.
When Gruntilda kidnapped Banjo Bear's little sister Tooty, Banjo and Kazooie set out to rescue her. First they needed some basic training. Bottles, the martial arts expert who was and still is one with the dragon, decided to help them out. Topper and his two veggie buddies also helped out in a rather painful way. Bottles taught Banjo and Kazooie different attacks, and they tested them out on the vegetable trio. Topper got jabbed twice with Banjo's Claw Swipe. After the basic training was complete, Topper and crew hung out around Spiral Mountain waiting by in case Banjo or Kazooie wanted to practice against them some more.
Topper isn't really a hero, because what has he done? Let a bear and bird kick his arse? Still, you have to admire his threshold for pain. And that has to count for something, right?
