Chilli Billi's Biography
Species: Dragon
After her phenomenal skill in the black arts, it would have been absolute lunacy for Gruntilda to not summon a dragon from the dark recesses of the netherworld. So she did better than that - she summoned two. Well, one actually, but she split it up into its two opposite elements - fire and ice. The twin dragons (Chilli Billi and Chilly Willy, respectively) were extremely protective of their territory, and fiercly loyal to each other.
But we're focusing on Billi today, so all your dirty "Willy" jokes will have to wait until next time.
As previously mentioned, Gruntilda summoned a dragon from the depths of the underworld for her twisted purposes, and a mighty demonic creature he was, too. But Grunty wasn't satisfied with having one mighty demonic creature, and summoning isn't as simple as lighting some candles, drawing with some chalk and waving your magic wand. So Gruntilda created double the dragon with half the fuss by splitting it.
She ordered Billi to protect the Fire Side of Hailfire Peaks from anything remotely bear-like by raining flames upon sight. Billi, being the obedient and evil incarnation that he was had no problem with this. He took delight in setting fire to anything that moved, including passing squirrels, rabbits, apes, and munchkins. (Billi was shortsighted.)
However, when a real bear braved Hailfire Peaks and confronted Billi at the top, he was all too keen to challange him. Unfortunately for Billi, he lost. Rather than facing Gruntilda's wrath, Billi flew off to McJiggys, where he could cease his craving for a Big Jig.
