Banana Fairy Princess's Biography
Species: Banana Fairy
The Banana Fairies, mystical little creatures that serve a purpose. The banana trees on the DK Islands have always been important for the creatures living there, primarily the apes. Even before the apes could talk, the Banana Fairies have guarded the banana trees from harm and always made sure they were healthy. Nobody really knows how the Banana Fairies came to be, but the head fairy is known as the Banana Fairy Princess. Watching over the smaller guardians of the yellow fruit, BFP spent her days with her little friends on Banana Fairy Island, a small offshore island off the coast of Donkey Kong Island, that's mainly made up of a temple. All was peaceful, until one day....
K. Rool's giant mechanical Crocodile Isle crashed into a rock and became grounded right beside Donkey Kong Island. The crash caused a great stir among the Banana Fairies, and frightened by the loud smashing sound, they scurried away from Banana Fairy Island in a confused panic. The Banana Fairy Princess was distraught that the rest of the fairies were lost. All she could do was worry until Tiny Kong showed up in her temple. Realizing that Tiny was on a quest with other Kongs to defeat K. Rool, BFP asked her a favor. Giving her the Banana Camera, she asked Tiny to snap pictures of the 20 primary fairies (capturing the Banana Fairies on film was the only way to catch them). Tiny agreed, and with the rest of the Kongs help she snapped all 20 within the course of the adventure. Showing Tiny her gratitude, BFP presented her with the treasure of the Banana Fairies: a special golden banana that was perhaps the most valuable of them all.
All has been peaceful with the Banana Fairies and Banana Fairy Princess since then, and they've returned to their jobs of making sure there are plenty of potassium filled, penile shaped fruits for the creatures of the islands to eat.
