Scoff's Biography
Species: Hippopotamus
Scoff originated from Timber's Island and presently lives on Donkey Kong Island. When K. Rool returned to the throne of king, he led an assualt on DK Island and planned on destroying it. Scoff, along with friend Troff, figured out a way to help out the good guy cause by developing a system to unlock the boss doors that protected the guardians of each area. There were weight scales set up on the sides of the doors, and Scoff and Troff each stood on one; the Kongs feeding Scoff bananas so he was able to massivily gain weight and press down on his side of the scale, sending Troff up to the lock and key.
Scoff's ability to gain weight and lose it rather quick is incredible. It's all done without resorting to bulimia as well. It's a special gift that helped save Donkey Kong Island. Let's hear it for hungry, hungry hippos.
