Master Hand's Biography

He slept in late on the 'Handing Out Evil Entity Bodies' day and, well, this was all he could get. Species: Intradimensional Entity
When the Big Bang caused the creation of the Multiverse and all the various dimensions within it, there were bound to be some hiccups in the format. Originating from deep within one of the many dimensions, Master Hand was an entity of great strength and powers. He had a peculiar ability: he could, at will, open doorways to any other dimension he pleased, from any different time. He was able to harness this power with the creation of the Chest of Time, a magical artifact of his own design. This ability caused his mind to warp into a twisted mess of evil, giving him the opinion that he was the greatest being in all the dimensions, and that all other lifeforms were created to be used and abused as he pleased. So, one day, he got a particularly nasty idea...

Reaching into the Chest of Time, he snatched from various dimensions and timezones 12 warriors. Each of these warriors had a long history of combat and were of various strength and power. Placing them under mind control, Master Hand forced them to battle endlessly, reorganizing battles and picking locations from the home dimensions to be the battlegrounds. Eventually, one warrior, a gorilla named Donkey Kong, managed to break free of the mind control and challenged Master Hand in the Final Destination. The battle was long and furious, but in the end DK drained Master Hand of all his power. Without the constant magic influx to keep it stable, the Final Destination began to collaspe, with Master Hand right in the middle of it.The resulting explosion caused the Chest of Time to land on the remaining platform, where DK used it to send the other warriors back to their home times and dimensions. With his human friends, Mario and Luigi, taking the Chest of Time for their own, DK returned to his home of Donkey Kong Island, believing that Master Hand was gone for good.

Not so. Three years later, Master Hand was brought back to life by his brother and fellow entity, Crazy Hand. Crazy explained his plot: steal the Chest of Time from the Mushroom Dimension, and use it to enter and destroy all the time periods and dimensions that the original warriors called home. Crazy sent his "secret weapon", Giant Bowser, to retrieve the Chest, and when he did, Master Hand began to once again pull out fighters and placing them under mind control. Once again Donkey Kong was brought, and once again he escaped from the mind control and challenged both Hands. In the end, DK proved victorious once again, causing both hands to apparently be destroyed. Soon afterwards, DK fought Giant Bowser, who was defeated and reverted into his most basic form: a huge statue of regular Bowser. A cackle from above revealed the prescence of Master Hand and Crazy Hand, Chest of Time in tow. The last of their powers slipping by the second, they channelled every ounce of their magic - including the Chest of Time - and sent it into the statue, resulting in their final deaths: and the creation of the dimension-hopping capable monstrosity, Giga Bowser. Who was then destroyed by Donkey Kong. Irony, no?

Master Hand, along with Crazy Hand, are currently loitering around in Hell. They wait for some other entity to bring them back into the realm of the living, though they might as well hold their breath - Master Nose wants nothing to do with them, and Master Foot doesn't even know which way is North.
