Pikachu's Biography

'Who's the guy that looks like The Cheat?' Species: Pokémon

In one strange world, not only is cockfighting legal, but it pretty much dominates human life. That and you fight with hundreds of different creatures that have come to be known as "pocket monsters", or Pokémon or short.(This nickame derives from the fact that Pokémon can be convieniently stored in containers called Poké Balls.) One popular Pokémon in particular is Pikachu.

Pikachus are often defined as "Electric Mouse" Pokémon, as they are of the Electric type and able to produce shocks of energy from their own cheeks. They are the 2nd form of a chain of transformations coined "evolutions" that many Pokémon go through during life. They start out life as Pichus and become Raichus if exposed to a Thunder Stone.

One Pikachu in particular was very talented and powerful. It could send out gigawatts of energy in seconds, dash with great agility, and hold its own against even a Dragonite. Unfortunately, its trainer was a whiny brat named Ash who thought he was perfect when he really wasn't.

This Pikachu came into the DKU when it was pulled from its dimension by Master Hand in 1999, where it battled DK amongst the other 11 fighters, including a Jigglypuff it had once met. (It was severely clobbered.) After Crazy Hand ressurected Master Hand in 2001, it was once again forced to fight against the original 11, along with a Pichu it had once met and the mighty Mewtwo.(It and the Pichu were again clobbered.)

Pikachu's still winning a lot of battles with Ash in Johto or Hoenn or wherever the hell it is, but a rat can't stand up against DK. Neeks prove that.
